Terms and Conditions of Sale

Thank you for considering purchase of books and other merchandise from Kunzum. We strive to fulfil your orders with the utmost efficiency – but do make a note of the following:

1. Despatches: All products will be despatched by us within two working days of order being confirmed. Should there be a delay, we will contact you.
2. Refunds: We do not have a returns or refund policy unless the product have been received by you in a damaged condition.
3. Shipping Charges: We currently offer free shipping for orders over Rs. 1000 within India but there may be exceptions depending on region and ease of delivery. You may contact us for delivery charges for international orders.
4. Privacy: We will not share your contact information and any other data with any third-parties for any reasons whatsoever. It will be used by us only to process your orders. Any other communication like mailers and promotions will be sent only with your explicit permission with the option to opt out any time.
