Returns
We currently accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
- There are missing items in your order
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
To initiate a return, please write to us at [support@kunzum.com] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (in case of damage/defect)
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details for a direct transfer.
Please note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or personal change of mind), refunds may not be applicable.
Replacements
Wherever possible, we will offer to replace the product instead of issuing a refund, especially in the case of damaged or incorrect items. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
As a policy, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Books that have been read or show signs of use.
- Discounted, clearance, or sale items.
- Personalised or pre-ordered signed copies.
- Gift cards.
